– Booking fees for meeting rooms and workspaces may be refundable under certain conditions.
Membership Fees:
– For week/month long bookings whether for private desks, shared desks, or meeting room bookings, the membership fees are non-refundable once paid. Special exceptions will be considered on case-by-case basis.
– Refunds are not provided for unused portions of a membership.
Refund Conditions:
– Full or partial refunds for booking fees are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the following conditions:
- cancellation before 3 hours (75% Refund)
- cancellation before 2 hours (50% Refund)
- cancellation before 1 hour (25% Refund)
Advance Cancellation higher than above mentioned hours, the booking fee may be eligible for a 100% refund.
Technical Issues: If Neoworkspace experiences technical issues, such as facility unavailability or service interruptions, that prevent the fulfillment of a booking, a full refund will be issued.
Extraordinary Circumstances: In rare cases of unforeseen circumstances, Neoworkspace may consider refund requests. Members or guests must provide detailed documentation and explanation of the circumstances for such requests.
Refund Processing:
– Refund requests must be submitted in writing, and we will strive to process requests promptly.
– Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, or an alternative method may be arranged as per mutual agreement.

– Neoworkspace reserves the right to determine refund eligibility in special cases. Exceptions will be considered based on merit, and decisions will be made at the discretion of Neoworkspace management. - Disputes:
– In the event of a dispute regarding a refund or refund eligibility, members or guests are encouraged to contact Neoworkspace for resolution. - Effective Date:
